t\u1ee5c d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn h\u1eadu qu\u1ea3 bi\u1ebfn d\u1ea1ng h\u1ed9p s\u1ecd ti\u1ebfn tri\u1ec3n v\u00e0 l\u00e0m t\u0103ng \u00e1p l\u1ef1c n\u1ed9i s\u1ecd (TALNS) k\u00e9o d\u00e0i, d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ebfn t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng th\u1ea7n kinh (TK) sau n\u00e0y.<\/li><li>T\u1ea7n su\u1ea5t chung 0,6 \u2013 1\/1.000 tr\u1ebb sinh s\u1ed1ng.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Nguy\u00ean nh\u00e2n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f3 hai c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf ch\u00ednh g\u00e2y ra d\u1ecb t\u1eadt n\u00e0y:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>DKS nguy\u00ean ph\u00e1t l\u00e0 do b\u1ec7nh l\u00ed c\u1ee7a ch\u00ednh \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng kh\u1edbp s\u1ecd, c\u00f3 5 \u2013 15% nh\u1eefng b\u1ea5t th\u01b0\u1eddng di truy\u1ec1n h\u1ecdc \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n.<\/li><li>DKS th\u1ee9 ph\u00e1t l\u00e0 do h\u1eadu qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c b\u1ec7nh l\u00ed kh\u00e1c l\u00e0m cho n\u00e3o b\u1ed9 kh\u00f4ng ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n n\u1eefa (nh\u01b0 teo n\u00e3o g\u00e2y t\u1eadt \u0111\u1ea7u nh\u1ecf, h\u1ed9i ch\u1ee9ng d\u1eabn l\u01b0u qu\u00e1 m\u1ee9c trong b\u1ec7nh \u0111\u1ea7u n\u01b0\u1edbc&#8230;), n\u00ean kh\u00f4ng t\u1ea1o \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u00e1p l\u1ef1c \u0111\u1ec3 h\u1ed9p s\u1ecd ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n, v\u1ec1 sau g\u00e2y ch\u1ed3ng kh\u1edbp s\u1ecd.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Ch\u1ec9 c\u00f3 DKS nguy\u00ean ph\u00e1t m\u1edbi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem l\u00e0 DKS th\u1eadt s\u1ef1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Tri\u1ec7u ch\u1ee9ng l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng c\u1ee7a d\u00ednh kh\u1edbp s\u1ecd
